About this work
Using data from 9,758 participants in the NIH RADx-UP program, this article applies a polysocial risk framework combining geo-demographic, economic, and health-related factors to explain disparities in COVID-19 vaccination (43-48 percentage point gaps) and testing (2-27 percentage point gaps) among underserved populations.
